After weeks and months of smoking heads, thousands of sprints, tons of post-its and loads of adrenaline, we welcome all readers to the world of the first CX platform especially for food retail.
We are more than excited about the path we will now take together and look forward to a regular and lively discussion in the PASKALL community.
Together we want to jump into the flood of data on consumer behaviour and go on a journey of discovery. What drives the consumer, where do they buy, why do they buy where and does their behaviour change over the time?
The blog should be inspiration and put PASKALL in the centre of daily consumer tracking. With PASKALL we keep our finger on the pulse of the consumer at the food retail every single day.
PASKALL has already taken the first step into the big wide world.
At the beginning of October, the Insights 2020, the industry’s only hybrid congress this year, took place in Frankfurt, organized by the leading trade journal “Planung & Analyse” in cooperation with the “Deutscher Fachverlag”.
After such a long period of social distancing, we were finally able to attend a congress in person and meet colleagues and clients. Finally, conversations without audio problems or screen interferences; finally at eye level again and not through the camera. What´s more, we had the opportunity to give the professional audience exciting first insights into the so far secret PASKALL.
And so the audience in the auditorium and at the screens not only got an initial overview of the overall PASKALL construct, but also a few deeper insights into one of its element “Voice at the POS”. We record the consumer’s voice directly in the stores and use artificial intelligence to transform it into comprehensive and context-related insights…from the consumer’s mouth directly into recommendations for action for the retailers. We took the audience on a journey through the world of microphones, audio files, transcription qualities and coding.
